Feature Overview

The Problem Scenario
Think of Sarah is a skilled blockchain developer who has just finished three months of work on a new DeFi lending system. She puts it on a well-known Layer-2 network and hopes that her innovative smart contract design will get her noticed. She instead sees mediocre projects with flashy marketing campaigns and endorsements from influential people get a lot of money and attention, while her technically better answer gets lost in the mix.
At the same time, Jake starts a basic output farming contract that doesn't offer much new, but it has a well-funded marketing team to back it up. His project gets a lot of attention right away, not because it's good technically, but because of all the talk surrounding it. The current ecosystem puts marketing funds ahead of real innovation, which makes skilled developers like Sarah unhappy and underpaid. We're fixing this fundamentally unfair problem with how blockchain progress is recognized.
